Fayez Kazi, PE, LEED AP


With over 17 years of experience in Central Texas, Fayez is the Founder & President of Civilitude. He remains intimately involved in the design and execution of all of Civilitude's projects. He also serves as Adjunct Faculty at the Department of Civil, Architectural & Environmental Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin and on various boards including the City of Austin Zero Waste Commission, Greater Austin Asian Chamber of Commerce, Real Estate Council of Austin, Service Learning for Underserved Communities, Austinites for Action, South Congress Combined Neighborhood Team and the Green Roofs Advisory Board.


Nhat Ho, PE, LEED GA


Nhat brings a passion for integrated design into the scope of civil/site design through his background in Architectural Engineering. As a Principal in the firm, he manages multiple projects and clients, develops new business, and oversees Building Information Modeling (BIM) and construction document production. He is the resident expert on all things athletic running tracks related.

Carla Jara

Director of Marketing

As the Marketing Director for Civilitude, Carla brings her enthusiasm and passion for marketing to the Civilitude family. Carla is responsible for communicating our vision and success to our clients and employees. Her responsibilities include promoting our firm through various media, assisting with proposals, and supporting client relations.

Nathan Sanchez

CAD Drafter

As CAD Drafter, Nathan is responsible for the end product that represents the high quality standards that Civilitude is known for. With an academic background in Computer Aided Design from Austin Community College, Nathan cranks and churns, and cranks and churns plans – from gathering publicly available data sets to produce feasibility plans to final construction documents, and everything in between.

Peter Johnson

Engineering Intern

As a full time student at The University of Texas at Austin, Peter is in his last year, providing him with the knowledge and quick problem solving. Utilizing these skills, Peter performs tasks such as the analysis and design of site plans, the production of construction documents, necessary research for site development and applications, and anything in between. Diverse in his abilities, Peter takes on any task he can, often expanding his knowledge and ability to contribute to Civilitude’s continued success.

Noah Ghaly

CAD/Engineering Intern

As the youngest member of the Civilitude family, Noah is a part-time student whose youthful energy and sharp mind are highly valued. Noah is also very versatile, and his duties range from administrative tasks to engineering work. He is the lead on the redesign of our company website, and is currently taking classes at Austin Community College.
